The new Choctaw Health Center Dental Clinic is the headquarters for all dental public health activities and consists of sixteen operatories. The dental program serves as an integral part of the Choctaw Health Department providing services in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of dental disease. This treatment may include emergency care, oral surgery, restorative procedures, root canal therapy, prosthetics, and most services required by children.

The Diabetes Care Clinic provides comprehensive diabetes standards of management care to patients who have diabetes. The Special Diabetes Program component of the Diabetes Center provides community based prevention education and promotes prevention of diabetes through presentations and community activities. Patients who do not have diabetes may come to the diabetes care clinic to test for a condition called Pre-Diabetes. If a patient is diagnosed as having pre-diabetes, he/she is giving an opportunity to participant in intensive activities provided by the Special Diabetes prevention Initiatives Program. The ultimate goal of the Diabetes Care clinic is to reduce the incidence of diabetes and/or reduce the development of diabetes complications through nutritional, physical and behavioral (lifestyle) modifications as well as individualized medical management. Patients may be referred from outpatient, inpatient, Women's Wellness Center, field clinics or by self-referral.

The primary goal of the emergency department is to provide care to patients with sudden severe illness or trauma. The emergency department diagnoses and treats a wide variety of medical conditions to include trauma, heart attacks, suturing of lacerations, and administration of medications for the acutely ill. The emergency room team consists of nurses, physicians, clerks, lab technicians, and radiology technicians.

The Ambulance Service provides for immediate emergency care and transport to the hospital for treatment or to other hospital facilities when necessary. Qualified, trained emergency medical technicians and paramedics are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please call 911 for emergency transport needs.

Primary Care consists of the Outpatient Clinic, Pediatric Clinic, Wound Care Clinic, Podiatry Clinic, Telemedicine Clinic and Specialty Clinic. Primary Care has 22 regular exam rooms, 2 telemedicine exam rooms, 3 minor procedure rooms, a Primary Care Waiting area, a Sick Child Waiting area and a Well Child Waiting area. Patients coming to any of the Primary Care clinics will register at the Check-in/Reception desk located in the Primary Care Waiting area which will open at 8:00am Monday through Friday. All adult patients will wait in the Primary Care Waiting area, pediatric patients that are there for physicals or immunizations will wait in the Well Child Waiting area and all pediatric patients that are sick will wait in the Sick Child Waiting area. The nurses will come to the door of the area you are waiting in and will call the patients name to go to vital signs if a walk-in or straight to a room if you have an appointment. We encourage all patients to wait in the appropriate waiting area in the Primary Care area since we will no longer page overhead for patients to come to the Primary Care Clinics.

WWC provides preventive care and health maintenance services to all Choctaw women and their children (ages: birth to 5years of age. These services include: family planning/birth control measures, women's health physicals which include a complete physical, yearly breast exam, mammograms and follow up as needed, prenatal care and post-delivery care as well as well-baby care. ESPDT screenings are also done.
