Jack Davis, a Retired Oil Businessman, donates a collection of artwork to the Choctaw Health Center. Mr. Davis, a member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, has resided in the Madison, Mississippi area for 25 years and has been coming to Choctaw Health Center for health care services. He expressed “The Choctaw Health Center staff has been wonderful to me for many years, and I wanted to give back by donating my collection of Oklahoma Native American Indian artwork.” Mr. Davis commends the staff and tribe on providing excellent health care and is sincerely appreciative to creating such a wonderful experience. He also thanks Johnny Peebles and Rhonda Wilson for their services. The Choctaw Health Center thanks Mr. Davis for his donation.

will be staff family nurse practitioner at Conehatta Clinic. She is coming to us from Baptist Health
System. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the MS University for Women. Mrs.
Harthcock has 27years experience as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care. Her hobbies
include reading, cross stitching, crocheting, hunting and spending time with family.

Dr. Nestor L. Olivo-Cresp
Dr. Nestor Olivo-Crespo M.D. Hospitalist is a hospitalist at CHC at Inpatient Department. Dr. Olivo-Crespo comes to us from Centro Medico Samaritano Outpatient Private Clinic in North Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Olivo-Crepo received his medical degree at San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Caguas, Puerto Rico. His Internal Medicine Internship was at The Adult University Hospital, Puerto Rico Medical Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico. His hobbies are reading, gardening, cooking fishing, road trips, traveling and everything outdoor.
Dr. Neva Penton Eklund
Dr. Neva Eklund D.M.D. Pediatric Is a Pediatric Dentistry at Choctaw Health Center. She comes to us from The University of MS Medical Center where she stated their Pediatric Dental Program. She received her D.M.D from The University of MS School of Dentistry. Her residency was in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, NJ. Her fellowship in the Dental Care of the Immunocompromised Patient took place at the University of MS medical Center in Jackson. Her hobbies are going to football game to watch her son play with University of North Carolina. Also, involve with Special Olympics Healthy athletes’ events.
Dr. Stephen Simmons
Dr. Stephen Simmons M.D. will be a staff physician at CHC at the Primary Care Clinic walk in clinic. Dr. Simmons is aboard certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Simmons received his medical degree at The Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, TN. His Internal Medicine Internship and Residency took place at the Indiana University Medical Center. Dr. Simmons was in a private practice for 40 years and was on the medical staff at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN for 40 years serving a one year term as Chief of Staff. His hobbies include fly fishing and fingerstyle guitar.
