You are responsible for keeping your appointments and if you are unable to do so for any reason, it is your responsibility to notify the responsible physician or hospital. By taking these responsibilities seriously, you can ensure that you receive the best possible care and make the most of your healthcare experience.
Accountability
It is important to be aware of and follow the hospital rules and regulations that affect patient care and conduct. This includes being considerate of the rights of other patients and hospital personnel, controlling noise levels, refraining from smoking, and limiting the number of visitors.

Honesty
Patients are required to present any medications they bring from home to the nurse upon admission. It is important to note that patients must not take any medications brought from home without a documented physician's order to do so.
