Welcome to the Behavioral Health Program at Choctaw Health Center
The Behavioral Health Program is a valuable resource that is part of the Choctaw Health Center's comprehensive continuum of healthcare services. The program is an outpatient mental health clinic that offers emotional, behavioral, and addiction services to the Choctaw communities. The providers at Behavioral Health are highly skilled in multiple treatment and prevention areas and approaches. They are dedicated to helping children, adolescents, families, and adults who suffer from mental health and substance abuse-related issues. The treatment approaches used by the team are diverse in nature and center around the premise that mental health and addictions are life-threatening diseases that affect the entire person and the community. Just like physical health, behavioral health has trained providers who can help you much as a physical health care provider would.

Our Philosophy
At the Behavioral Health Program, we understand that mental health and addiction are life-threatening diseases that affect not only the individual but the entire community. Our dedicated team is focused on treating the whole person by assessing the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence well-being. Each individual receives a comprehensive clinical assessment and an individualized treatment plan designed to guide their therapeutic journey.
The program offers a comprehensive holistic approach that involves assessing the entire individual, looking at the biological, psychological, and social factors that impact functioning. Once a patient is assigned to a provider, they receive a comprehensive clinical assessment and an individualized treatment plan to guide the therapeutic process.
