The purpose of a primary care department is to provide patients with comprehensive medical care for a wide range of health conditions. Services Provided

Policy

All patients must provide their health insurance and update their patient information at each visit. Bring all current medication bottles to each visit.

Walk-In Services

Walk-ins will be seen on a first come, first serve basis unless they are deemed urgent or emergent. Pediatric walk-ins will be seen in the Pediatric Clinic.

Late Appointment

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment.
