401(k) Retirement Plan

Automatic 3% Tribal contribution (even if you do not enroll), plus optional matching up to 8%.

  • Eligibility after 1 year (1,000 hours) and age 18

Generous Leave

Annual Leave:

< 3 years: 4 hrs/pay period = 13 days/year

3-10 years: 6 hrs/pay period = 20 days/year

10+ years: 8 hrs/pay period = 26 days/year

Sick Leave: 4 hrs/pay period = 13 days/year

14 Paid Holidays

Including New Year's Day, MLK Jr. Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Nanih Waiya Day, Labor Day, Native American Day, Veteran's Day, Native American Heritage Day, and Christmas Day.

Note: Employees scheduled to work on a holiday receive holiday pay.

Full-Time Employees

Full-time employees are eligible for:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefit plans

Part-Time Regular Employees

Must work a minimum of 16 hours per week and are eligible for:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefit plans

Eligible Dependents

  • Your legal spouse (including domestic partners)
  • Children by birth or adoption (under age 26)
  • Disabled children over age 26 if primarily dependent
  • Children named in a QMCSO

When Can I Enroll?

  • New employees must enroll within 30 days of eligibility
  • Benefits effective the first day of the month following hire date

Who Is Not Eligible?

The following are not eligible for coverage:

Parents, grandparents, and siblings
Employees working fewer than 16 hours per week
Temporary or contract employees

What benefits does CHC offer?+

CHC offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports health, financial security, and work-life balance. How long does the hiring process take?+

Interviews typically occur 1–2 weeks after a job posting closes. Background checks generally take 2–3 weeks.

Are background checks and drug tests required?+

Yes. All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of background checks, fingerprinting, and pre-employment drug testing.

When do benefits become effective?+

Benefits become effective on the first day of the month following your hire date, provided you enroll within 30 days of eligibility.
